Here, at Shrimp Shack Cajun Fusion, we bring experience and passion to our food and hope that our customers continue to taste that in all the dishes we prepare. Our goal is to deliver high quality food and convenience to the community, while introducing Cajun flavors to all groups of people. So come on in! Take a seat, and let the good times roll!

Chef Phillip Lai has worked in the restaurant industry for over 30 years in both fine dining and corporate settings. He graduated from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. After graduating, he worked for Wolfgang Puck, became an executive chef for other various restaurants, and became a restaurant owner for multiple restaurants.

He perfected his secret Cajun sauce after 2 years of trial and error. What started as just cooking Cajun seafood boils for family and friends, soon became a family business at the 626 night market which led to his first store front in Rancho Cucamonga.
